It was pretty funny reading your review after I actually written a big ATTENTION note after the meeting arranged with Sandra
First of all, last time we had to cancel 2 full days of Sandra's tour due to an unexpected visit of a family member. For obvious reasons she can not have any appointments when her relative was in the same building!
The reason for why I ask ALL clients to leave a mobile number, even if they book 2 hrs prior, is for me to be able to contact them urgently.
I sent TWO sms to you day DAY PRIOR the meeting we had to cancel
NO REPLY from you end.
I also sent you an email.
I also tried to call you - no answer.
I am not responsible over your server provider, or if you make up excuses for why you did not reply or answer. I can only do my job from here, I can not do more.

First of all ALL clients are asked to RECONFIRM THEIR APPOINTMENT THE DAY PRIOR THE MEETING TO OBTAIN HOTEL DETAILS. This procedure is same for each
guest who does not book the same day.
If your mobile phone did not work properly, is that our fault? Nor did you answer your phone when I tried to call you after not hearing anything from you. IT IS OF GREAT IMPORTANCE TO ME TO HAVE EACH GENT AWARE ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON. WE COULD NOT HAVE YOU ARRIVING TO HER ROOM WHEN SHE HAD HER FAMILY THERE.
NOT ONLY THAT, ITS COMMON SENSE TO GET IN CONTACT TO CANCEL OR POSTPONE A MEETING.
I DONT RUN A CIRCUS HERE - HOW DARE YOU MAKING SUCH STATEMENTS YOU HAVE DONE!

I contacted all gents who we had to cancel for last time, asking if they were interested to meet her (most asked me to do so anyway) - YOU were one of them who asked me.
In regards her changing her hotel. If she feels like changing hotel every day, she is entitled to do so, without your complain. The only thing you shall think about is to have information in time to get there, and so you had. You asking me to send you the room number 9 am in the morning, when I explained to you that its check in 2pm (14:00). How shall I know the room number 09:00 in the morning?? I told you TWICE that I am not able to give you her room number until she has checked in, which is around 14:00.
This was very hard for you to understand.
Its not my fault, your fault or Sandra's fault that she decided to change hotel for the third time this trip, but why even bother to complain about that, at least you got the information in time, no harm made. Whats the problem? It was just great so you had something to complain about.
The big problem is when you totally freaked her out when you get to the hotel! And you are/were not even aware about it mate.  :idiot:
As soon as you get to the hotel, you walk straight up to the reception after sending me a sms asking for the room number for the second time, telling the receptionist to call her room! For what reason and why??  :S
You can not do that!
Of course she will not answer the phone. Of course can she not tell she is expecting someone, Sandra WANTS TO BE AS DISCRETE AS POSSIBLE!
Dont you understand this kind of meetings has to be discrete??
What if all her guest walked up to the reception telling them to call the room! Gees.
Can you imagine what kind of position you put her in? Not only did I have to tell you to go straight away up to the elevator, you asked the receptionist to call the room
4 times! You were standing 30 min in the reception arguing with the receptionist, sending me all sms who did not make sense, nor did you listen to what I told you to do. Finally I got a sms from you telling Sandra does not accept you.
I ones again sent you a sms PLEASE GO UP TO THE ROOM WITH THE ELEVATOR
I can tell you at after 45 min with this, Sandra told me you must be a freak or a mad man.
She did not want to see you.
She was wondering who the hell is this man??
Just after this she send me a sms telling she has to go to the POOL AREA to pick you up! What was that all about?
Was it difficult to understand that you just take the elevator up to the room and try to protect yourself, plus Sandra from attention?
The bell boy got very suspicious about you and had to follow you to the elevator - the day after, the receptionist had questions to Sandra in regards to this very strange man.
So did the bell boy, he asked if all was ok with the strange man who was there the day before. She got really really embarrassed. Who would not be?!
What did you think ? Did you think at all?
How do you think she felt you coming to her and she shall provide a service to a man who has been downstairs doing all this very odd things for over 40 min?
Its really ODD.
It has never happened to us all those years. Surely people have made calls to the room, but not many are that stupid standing downstairs for 45 min , and not listening to my sms AND asked to finally be picked up from the pool area for some really strange reason. Most of our clients THINK and understand the lady and himself and next
coming clients need to be discrete and kept in private.
Its a date for sure, but a special date. She did not only see you the other day, or this week, or tomorrow...

I am always wondering why those 'complaints' comes from the clients the girls and myself always think there is something wrong with, and who always do strange things.

How can you even write all those things without looking at YOUR own errors? Because you dont understand better.
If you can not receive sms, understand English properly, and behave correctly - don't even bother contacting us again.
The note I had made next to your name, was for a reason, and I can see not only because of your behavior and way of thinking - also your lack of understanding, totally lack of awareness. 

Shame on YOU to even have the want to write what you have done.
I would have LOVED to write about your lack of intelligence for other agencies/independent to read, but unfortunately we do not have the same opportunity as you boys have. You gave me this opportunity , before hand, I just thought to let it go, but could not when I read what you had written.


Ps; Funnily you knew how to reply/write sms to me when you were at the hotel, but you did not know how to reply to them that time I had to cancel the meeting...nor did you appreciate that I tried to call
or write you an email. You are just one of those very negative and simple people who have no common sense in your body what so ever.

Mila in our communication through email (Andreas  - Im not writing my full name for obvius discretion reasons *just check my email on my profile and you will remember i think ;)*) I had told you that there are and still there will be people that will try to harm your business and underestimate you, your services and your girls and write it as a review. Do not pay attention! I have not met any of your girls as you know but I appreciated very much your whole attitude, just by your immediate, spontaneous and communicative mails, which were quite informative and with a lot of detail. I believe that by the time I book one of your girls, my opinion will be at least the same as what i think about your agency right now. You don't need to worry on anything honey, Its just one client, i dont know him in person so I cant judge him, but you have so many other good clients that consider you as a top quality and services agency. Take care of you and your girls and don't get so mad!!! Its harmful for your health. These things just happen (and mostly they are kind of unpleasant), you do your job as good as possible and this is quite rude of them all to do such acts. Many many greetings and wishes to you Mila!!! ;) ;) ;)

PS. I didn't know you were pregnant!!! Wish you all the best!!

Are you ALEX 333???? :think: Just to know!!!! I think we MUST pay attention to all opinions! Correct?
I have seen many times that MIla when a clients complains tries to say that always is other parties problem! Propably ypu forgotten the
Karolinas attitude for the "first" meeting of a client.... Pay money to know each other better!!!

After Mila's post, I read the guy's review (ωραίος) and it doesn't seem to confirm Mila's version of the facts.

The agency changed the hotel 3 times and the guy says that the bell man wouldn't let him go up without confirmation call to the room. What should he do?

And I'm fed up with all these conspiration theories. C'mon, is ωραίος a secret agent of opposite interests??? I think that even Mila wouldn't elaborate so easily such a theory...


if the guy wanted to harm the agency, he wouldn't be so profuse on girl's qualities...

Let's give some more trivial explanations. Misunderstanding or error maybe??

A lot of times these things happenes to some dates , this doesnt mean that an agent is not good .
You have to check an agent from other things to see if it is good or not.
For Mila I can say that she is PRO and alot of times we had arguments but this doesnt mean that she is not good at her job.
For me sorry but she is one of the best in this job , my opinion of course .
On the other hand except the professionality of Mila and her girls are PRO too.
Thanks that you hear my opinion guys.

Hello Mila,

I would like to make some comments which might help you and the other readers to better understand what might have happened.

You are of course right in pointing out that your associates are free to change a hotel as often as they wish, and that you don't owe any of us an explanation. However, if a girl changes three hotels in a single tour (right after cancelling 2 days of her last tour), perhaps we can be forgiven to think that there is something very wrong going on. I suspect that your associate was hiding from someone (her family? the authorities?) - and if this is so, she might have put all your clients in danger by agreeing to the meetings. I am sorry to say that this kind of indiscretion is hardly professional.

It is also quite clear to me that the hotel staff were not aware of what was happening and that they became reasonably suspicious of frequent visitors. Either that, or they were unacceptably indiscreet. Whatever the reason, their conduct must have deeply embarrassed your client, and nearly jeopardised the meeting. I am not sure if this was the fault of your associate (who requested only that no unannounced guests be shown up), but you certainly cannot blame a client for it. The hotel was chosen by your agency, so if they were not discreet, then you should have chosen a different hotel, or at least made arrangements so that the hotel staff would be more flexible. Your clients rely upon you to provide discretion, and at least on this one occasion you failed. Given the circumstances, I think that the reviewer's disappointment is not unwarranted.

I have read from other users that you are a real professional, in every good sense of the word. Still, true professionals should not insult their clients - not even those clients who are unreasonable and unfair. In that sense I must say that your comments the reviewer's intelligence and English competence are in very bad taste, and do your agency no credit at all.

I have no reason to think that this unacceptable behaviour by your agency was standard practice; hopefully it was just an isolated occurrence, and we will have the opportunity to do business together as well. Until then, keep well.
